Go to ClassDojo for assignment on video.
Writing:
-Write about what you have been doing over the past week. What has been your favorite and least favorite thing so far?
-This must follow proper writing guidelines: beginning, middle, and end. Include descriptive language and adjectives to help me visualize what you have done with your time away.
- Turn in as a journal entry on ClassDojo, you can even take a picture of your handwritten journal!
Religion:
-Pray a decade (or more) of the rosary.
-Take a few minutes and look around you. Think of at least 5 things you are grateful for and thank God for all that He has provided us with.
Science:
-Go to DiscoveryEd.com
-Read text and watch the videos on weather, section 7.1.
-Then write in paragraph form (at least 5 sentences) summarizing what you’ve learned. You may post your paragraph in your portfolio in ClassDojo or write/type it on a sheet of paper or science journal. Keep all of your work in a folder so you won’t lose them.
Simple Solutions:
-Lesson 100
Math:
-Read p. 569 - 570
-Watch video on ConnectEd.
-Do p. 571-572 # 4-19

Reading:
-Read for 30 minutes from your favorite fictional book.
-In under 4 minutes, retell what you read to someone in your house, even a pet! Tell them about the main character and if there are any struggles that character faces.
Writing:
-Write your own story where the main character faces some sort of struggle and somehow overcomes it.
-Think about Sebastian and how he changes in the story, Sebastian’s Roller Skates.
-It would be great if you can film yourself reading your story out loud!
Social Studies:
-Complete the BrainPopJr "US Symbols" assignment and submit on ClassDojo.
-A symbol is a thing that represents or stands for something else.
-Using your ClassDojo portfolio, or on a piece of paper, draw a symbol that best represents you. Add details to your drawing and make it look awesome.
Then write about your symbol and explain what it is and how it represents you.
Science:
-Go to DiscoveryEd.com
-Skim through what you read yesterday about weather.
- Look for the part that says “Can you explain..” and answer those questions. There are two. You DO NOT have to copy the questions, but you must answer them in complete sentences.
